I defined and managed end-to-end programme scope for a £150 million business and IT transformation initiative, steering cross-functional global teams, including clinical, compliance and technical SMEs, to deliver five strategic clinical data-flow solutions on time and to budget. I led the prog RFI/RFP activities, established the target operating model, governance frameworks, resource plans and organisational structures, and oversaw portfolio management. By driving process improvements and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation across remote teams, we not only met complex regulatory and organisational standards but also increased delivery efficiency by 20% and elevated team engagement through regular recognition of success. I provided project management consultancy services for the AZ NGS Programme focused on streamlining and accelerating clinical submissions for research and development, digital transformation and change management. This resulted in enhanced efficiency while leading global stakeholder engagement for circa 150 global senior stakeholders.
