Oversee and perform daily import and export transactions. • Maintain regulatory documentation, review Embargoed blocks, and resolve denied party screenings using SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). • Coordinate with customs brokers or in-house customs personnel to ensure smooth clearance of goods at the border. Provide the required information and documentation to customs authorities for clearance. • Screen business partners, customers, and suppliers against government lists of restricted or denied parties. • Manage Department of Commerce license applications through SNAP-R, maintain Export license and submit for other licenses in DECCS portal. • Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions for auditing and reporting purposes. Ensure third-party service providers, such as customs brokers, are also compliant. • Provide training and guidance to employees involved in import and export activities. • Identify Tariff classifications of products (HTS/ECCN).
