ABOUT IFRAN YOUSAF

I am a consultant at a management consultancy named The Berkeley Partnership. Based in both London and New York, we help organisations transform to achieve their ambitions under the most complex, challenging, and high-stakes circumstances.As a transformation and technology specialist, I have worked with clients on some of their most difficult challenges, including strategy and roadmap definition; programme review, reset and recovery; shaping, managing and delivering large scale finance and technology transformation programmes. I am a Chartered Management Consultant (one of the first 50 consultants chartered in the UK) and also held a vast amount of technical certifications and qualifications over the period of my professional career. I joined Berkeley in 2025 following thirteen combined years at PwC UK and PwC South Africa where I focused on delivering very large multi-territory Finance Transformation Programmes for clients in the Retail, Construction and the Financial Services industry. I am not just a strategist, I have worked on and delivered (hands-on) six cloud finance transformation programmes (I have a healthy obsession with the safe delivery of data migration and reconciliation) and delivered seven full stack data analytics solutions during the earlier stage of my career.
