My responsibilities include managing and developing TIG\'s Brokerage team within the Houston metro. I draw on daily field work as well as all my networks to find deals in-line with my client\'s goals. I work tirelessly to hire star talent from Universities to work beside, and have the vision to create the TIG name as one to generate the most commercial real estate business in the City of Houston. I also work to build and educate Associates on how to create an up-to-the-minute property database in order to expedite property searches for my Lessees and Purchasers. This also accelerates transactions for my Clients on the Landlord/Sell side as well. We know what is transacting, and at how much. Thus, we can advise on where Lease and Sale expectations should be. Lastly, I focus on becoming a market expert on quality infill and redevelopment sites within Houston to facilitate development for my Clients, and for TIG. My forte\'s also include investment analysis, and best practices during the negotiations of transactions.
