A smart worker, infinitely curious and passionate, I\'m currently working as a Associate Manager at Vedanta Ltd.As Lead TA and Comp and Ben I\'m handling all senior and mid level management recruitments form end to end for the Business Unit and undertook recruitments up to the COO level, including compensation package design and negotiation.I completed my MBA, from Jamia Millia Islamia. One of the top Universities and B-Schools in the country. Before that I received my graduation degree in BA (Hons.) English in 2021. Besides all this, I am a voracious reader and a published author. I write poetry, short stories, and fictional novels as well.
