About Ifeoma Ezeh
A Manager with the Audit division of Ernst & Young. I have developed key competencies in financial statement preparation and analysis of key performance ratios. As a team player with commendable interpersonal and relationship building skills I have led and also been part of several audit engagement teams. I have also been part of audits focused on SOX reporting for entities with US PCAOB reporting. I previously worked with KPMG within the Audit division as a team lead on several audit engagements. I also had the opportunity to work with KPMG advisory division specifically, management consulting unit of the division on an integration project as the team lead on the operations process/Risk management & Management information systems work stream for a merger between two companies in the same sub-sector. It was an enlightening and highly rewarding experience. I started my career in the corporate finance unit of Citi Bank as a corporate finance analyst where I assisted the team with developing pitches for its debt raising efforts. For successful capital raising ventures, I kept track of debt repayment schedules and managed communication with participating banks in the case of syndicated facilities. I also actively assisted the corporate bank team with analysis of client KPIs while keeping track of adherence to loan covenants. I am a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). I also play volleyball and have participated in charitable courses notable among which are the charity run/walk for cancer held in Lagos 2013 as well as participating in rallys geared towards creating awareness on trafficking in persons. I intend to expand my knowledge of the various intricacies of the financial services industry
