As a seasoned Chemical/Petrochemical Engineer with a Haskayne MBA, I bring over 18 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry. My career journey has been marked by significant contributions to Shell, where I have honed my expertise in well reservoir facility management, field development, and production technology.I began my career as a Production Technologist in the onshore Well Reservoir Facility Management team, where I spent four years optimizing production processes. My role then expanded to Field Development Studies and Opportunities Maturation, where I contributed to strategic planning and project execution for two years in Shell Nigeria.An international assignment at Shell UK allowed me to plan and execute deep water High-Temperature High-Pressure gas wells, further broadening my technical acumen. I then transitioned to well decommissioning and restoration, followed by a leadership role where I managed rig and rig-less short-term oil generation and data acquisition activities. During this time, I also served as an artificial lift subject matter expert, driving innovation and efficiency.My experience as a Production Technologist in a Field Management team for an onshore integrated oil and gas production asset further solidified my technical and leadership skills. From 2020 to 2024, I excelled as a Delivery Adviser and Senior Production Technologist, focusing on efficient execution, budget management, and value delivery in Wells Facility and Reservoir Management.I have leveraged my extensive experience in the Gulf of Mexico as a Well Delivery Lead and Senior Production Engineer, where I planned and delivered new deepwater subsea wells, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Recently, I have taken on a new role as a Senior Production Engineer in a transformation team, focusing on the standardization and digitalization of well reservoir and facility management.My career is driven by a passion for innovation, efficiency, and excellence in the oil and gas sector.
