ABOUT IFEANYI NWAUGOCHI
I am a public health and nutrition professional with a doctorate in Clinical Sciences and Nutrition, specialising in the dietary acculturation of international students and BAME populations in the United Kingdom. My academic research is grounded in qualitative methodologies, including Thematic Analysis and Framework Analysis, supported by strong proficiency in NVivo and Nutritics software.With over ten years of regulatory experience as a Food Safety and BioSafety Officer in Nigeria, and more than seven years of healthcare involvement in the UK, I bring a unique cross-cultural and interdisciplinary perspective to the promotion of health and wellbeing. My work in both governmental and community settings has deepened my commitment to advancing health equity through evidence-based nutrition and public health policies.I am currently seeking opportunities in research and academia, with interests in public health, health promotion, health policy, personalised nutrition, food choices, and dietary acculturation. My goal is to contribute to impactful research and teaching that foster healthier communities through culturally responsive dietary interventions.
