   Manage projects throughout different stages of surveying, Geotechnical investigation, design phase, preconstruction, bidding, post bidding construction services, and construction phase. • Review Roadway Construction Plans utilizing FDOT Standard Specification, FDOT Standard Plans, FDOT Drainage Design Guide and Manual, FDM, MUTCD Manual, local municipalities code of ordinances, and Brevard County Land Development Details to ensure the project is constructed using up to date practices. • Review drainage calculation and reports to ensure local municipalities and permitting districts requirements are met. • Review contracts between local municipalities, EOR, and contractor to ensure specifications are met per contract. • Assess design schedule, construction schedule, and follow up on deliverable items to make certain it follows the contract langue and timeline. • Review shop drawing and ensure it meets FDOT standard plans and specifications. • Conduct Pre-construction Meeting and prepare Agenda. • Review project cost estimates and ensure it is consistent with FDOT Design Quantities and Estimates.• Ensure all construction improvement and design are ADA compliant utilizing the Florida Greenbook, the guide to ADA Accessibility Standards. • Help Review As-built submittal and ensure it is consistent with approved signed and sealed construction plans. • Help review R/W permit occasionally. • Ensure compaction, quality control testing, and verification testing is carried out per FDOT Specification Standards for Roads and bridges. • Coordinate between various local government’s departments, Engineer of Records, contractors, and local permitting agencies for various aspect of the project such as design, bid, award, and construction. • Occasionally preform design analysis of drainage structure for small scale projects, like modifying ditch bottom inlets with different structure bottoms to fit site specific.
