sequa gGmbH is a globally operating organisation that carries out development projects and programmes in international development cooperation in close collaboration with the German private sector since 1991.Main tasks:· Recruiting of international specialist personnel for the acquisition of projects as well as for projects that have already been acquired and are currently being implemented, using relevant recruiting portals; · Identification of experts for tenders from multinational or national donors, especially for EU framework contracts but also within the framework of other EU and BMZ-financed sequa projects;· Analysis of tender documents, creation of requirement profiles for the search for experts;· Processing and preparation of expert CVs in collaboration with internal project managers;· Negotiating the financial and organizational conditions of expert assignments and drawing up expert contracts in consultation with the project managers;· Supervision of tenders in the EU framework contracts and standardized technical offers to the client;· Independent implementation of smaller projects for the consulting area;· Data protection-compliant maintenance and expansion of expert database including communication, establishing and maintaining contact with the experts and building the network;· Support Client Group Consulting in developing and submitting expressions of interest and offers.
