At Driver Require Ltd, I have had the privilege of placing hundreds of candidates in essential roles, such as HGV,Van drivers, driver mates,warehouse operatives, transport planners, and more. Managing national accounts over the past 19 years, I\'ve honed my skills in fostering strong relationships with clients, candidates, and suppliers, always aiming to deliver exceptional service and satisfaction. As a Branch Manager, my role encompasses the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating contracts and rates, ensuring compliance, and maintaining quality standards. A significant part of my week involves business development, payroll, and daily branch management. I also take pride in training and mentoring new consultants, helping them to navigate and excel in this dynamic industry. Passionate about both client and candidate success, I continuously seek opportunities for learning and skill enhancement.
