As a Manager in Huron’s Care Transformation and Medical Group Practice, Iesha focuses on working with health systems across the country in revolutionizing the Health at Home model. She specifically leads the teams to implement supply chain networks to smoothly transition healthcare out of the traditional brick and mortar hospital. Collaborating with clinical and product teams, Iesha has led four large health systems to delivering a new standard of care- Excels at creating collaborations between digital health start-up companies and healthcare organizations to create implement new care models - Facilities the implementation and contracting processes with national and local external partners to provide healthcare services - Assesses the potential of a new client partnership by examining their financial, strategic and operational fit
