I author weekly narratives for senior leadership to drive data-backed decision-making.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Carriers, and Software Support to resolve critical operational bottlenecks in a 24/7 environment.Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean methodologies to identify operational gaps, driving Kaizen initiatives that improve customer experience without increasing cost.
