I am a French corporate lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in M&A, private equity and capital market transactions. I represent French and international companies from the due diligence to the negotiation of the legal documentation and I have an extensive experience in the context of cross-border transactions, in particular in North Africa and Western Africa. I also represent issuers, underwriters and controlling shareholders in a number of capital markets transactions (IPOs, securities issuances and tender offers) in France and abroad.I am involved in the startup and tech community: I advise startup companies in their fundraising together with VCs and business angels in their investments and I also invest personally in startups.
