As Head of Innovation and Technology at BPP School of Technology, Estio Training and Firebrand Training, I bring over 20 years of teaching and industry experience to a role that merges education and strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise in education and digital apprenticeships. One of my proudest achievements is spearheading the transition to our ELMS platform (Estio Learning Management System), built on OpenELMS — a project that involved large-scale data migration, integration, and optimisation to create a streamlined, learner-centric experience. I also provide strategic technical support for platforms like OneFile within our Firebrand Training division.With deep technical knowledge across full-stack development, in my personal endeavors, In my personal work, I build modern applications using Python and TailwindCSS. I\'m skilled in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Docker) and apply AI to improve business outcomes.Beyond platform development, I lead a talented team of content producers to create high-quality, multimedia-rich teaching materials, supporting apprenticeships in Software Development, Data Analytics, ICT, NE, Cyber Security and many more.I\'m also active in our broader tech community, having been featured in several technology-focused podcast episodes, including BPP\'s TechSphere podcast, where we discuss topics like IT education and quantum computing and the practical applications of artificial intelligence.
