My job role involved quality assurance and clinical supervision acting as site manager of multiple Covid 19 vaccination hubs spread across the North East. I’m addition roles included head of recon and administration of the different vaccines, managing the staff and dealing with clinical issues. The sites I managed spanned across the North East of England. I managed days where 700+ patients were vaccinated regularly. Developing my team leading skills as well as communication and management. This role also lead to me managing two sites for anotherCompany which went well and served the community effectively.Moreover, this lead to being offered a position from Pharmacy2U, as regional lead of their covid sites for the North east.
