ITIL-certified IT Service Delivery Manager with 8+ years of experience leading IT service operations, major incident management (P1/P2), and service governance within regulated financial services and managed services environments. I have a strong track record of improving SLA performance, reducing MTTR, strengthening operational controls, and delivering clear KPI reporting to senior stakeholders. I specialise in end-to-end service delivery, acting as an escalation point for high-impact incidents and coordinating cross-functional teams across infrastructure, applications, and security to restore services quickly and minimise business disruption. My approach is structured and aligned with ITIL best practices, combining Incident, Problem and Change Management with continuous service improvement. I am highly confident in producing operational dashboards and executive MI packs using Advanced Excel and Power BI, supporting governance meetings, trend analysis, and performance decision-making. I also have strong experience managing suppliers and ensuring third-party delivery meets contractual obligations and service targets. Alongside my professional experience, I completed an MSc in Cyber Security Management (Aston University) with research focused on Zero Trust Architecture in mitigating insider threats.
