I am a national leader in vascular medicine and medical device imaging (Past President of the Society for Vascular Medicine, Past Medical Director of VASCORE). I am an IRONMAN and an author (Alma\'s Matters, available on Amazon).I am a vascular physician, researcher and educator. My experience includes being on staff at the Massachusetts General Hospital Division of Cardiology, Section of Vascular Medicine. Other than my clinical responsibilities I engage in research and in trainee education (residents and fellows). I am past Medical Director of VASCORE, a leading vascular and wound imaging core lab. I am also past co-Medical Director of the MGH Anticoagulation Management Service. I was an Executive Board member (President) of the Society for Vascular Medicine, on the editorial board of the Vascular Medicine Journal and editor / reviewer for several other journals.
