Actual Analytics uses a combination of bespoke hardware and cutting edge video analysis using AI techniques to analyse the behaviour of small animals, a crucial step in scientific research and drug development. Developed as part of the NC3Rs movement to replace, refine and reduce the use of animals in scientific research our systems allow more data to be gathered over a shorter period of time and using fewer animals. Our main technologies are based around ActualHCA™ available as standalone desktop units, or installed into industry standard racks.I am responsible for all aspects of the company\'s HQ & Operations functions working with our internationally based Sales Director to scale the company and deliver value to investors and shareholders.From 20••••24 we secured exciting new orders from major international pharmaceutical corporations to install our systems in greater numbers in their facilities. In April 2024 I stepped back from day-to-day work and my position became Non-Executive Director (Operations).
