About Idin Kashefipour
I have over a decade of experience litigating cases from inception through trial and appeal. At Messner Reeves my clients include individuals, private businesses, and non-profit organizations facing employment related claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour violations. I also regularly advise clients on commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes and ADA claims. I enjoy getting to know my client\'s business, priorities, and challenges to tailor a litigation strategy that accomplishes their goals efficiently with minimal disruption to their day-to-day operations.
