ABOUT INÈS DE CALATCHI
In the Social Impact team, I seek to bring Kering\'s data collection processes in line with increasing human rights regulations and investor expectations (ratings and rankings). Using social audit anomalies among other indicators, my role is to consider human rights risks, as part of our due diligence process. Additionally, I directly report to the Secretary and President of the Kering Group Ethics Committee, as such, I notably analyze and treat all of the grievances received through the Kering Alert System. Also, I undertake the annual ethical reporting on a set of KPIs and packaged it for Top Management and an external facing audience.Prior to joining Kering, I’ve worked as - A lawyer, conducting legal analyses regarding EHS and Human Rights - A lawyer at the Prosecutor’s office, more particularly on mass litigation and on consumer and environmental law.
