About Ida Cage

Being raised as an only child, has taught me to fight to make a place for myself in this world. My mother has always taught me that whatever I can dream of, could be possible if I worked hard to get it. To this day, my mother has always been right. The lessons that I have learned from her has became my story. In communications we know that a story contributes to a brand. How a company, organization, or individual is seen by the public, all depends on the story they tell. As a communications professional, I strive to make sure that the story is told in a matter that is ethical and beneficial to both the brand and the consumer. I training internal stakeholders on the importance of branding and how they contribute to the story. I work with my team to execute marketing materials that uphold the brands guidelines. I review and maintain all social media and webpages that our organization owns, to tell our stories. I research the root of an organization’s problems and strategically evaluate solutions that will better serve the work culture and brand. I coordinate with local media to tell hard hitting stories that our organization has to offer. We all have a story but what makes us different is how we choose to tell it.
