Through this experience, I collaborated with a team of 4 consultants to develop a pitch deck communicating our strategic recommendation to provide $2500+ monthly revenue for Young Musicians of Alamance, a North Carolina–based nonprofit offering affordable music lessons. Together, we conducted market research and organizational analysis to identify areas of improvement for the organization, including enlarging the client’s small consumer base through program expansion into nearby towns and community engagement within Alamance. We designed and delivered a presentation using Canva/PowerPoint to communicate findings and actionable items to the client.
