Idan’s experience in construction begins with project superintendent duties, project accounting, project management, estimating and scheduling. In facilities management and operations fields, working in a Director of Facilities and Department Head capacity.    What started as a dream home to one of the rising stars in the financial world, quickly turned sour. The services of Construction Management Resources, LLC were retained to streamline the construction process and set the project back on track.Two adjacent Manhattan landmark brownstones were combined to form a single dwelling. Rooftop swimming pool, landscaped patio with a water feature, Italian boiserie and all smart home technology known to mankind. The work environment we inherited was one of the most difficult ever experienced however the project is now on track for completion before next summer.
