I am a strategic and results-driven business banking professional with over 13 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial banking, credit risk management, and business development - spanning both Canadian and international markets. Currently a Senior Business Credit Analyst at Prospera Credit Union, I lead credit underwriting for complex core-commercial and construction lending transactions across Western Canada. My work includes managing syndicated credit portfolios, performing financial and economic feasibility assessments, and mentoring new analysts and relationship managers. Previously, I held leadership roles at Union Bank of Israel and Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, where I managed high-value client portfolios and led teams in delivering tailored credit solutions. I bring a passion for developing people and optimizing credit operations with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, portfolio health, and client success.
