About Idalia Friedson
Idalia is the co-founder of Sygaldry. Sygaldry is building quantum-accelerated AI servers to address the problem of rising compute costs and energy bottlenecks in AI.She was previously the Chief Strategy Officer at Strangeworks, a quantum and AI software company, where she led corporate strategy and enterprise engagements with Fortune 10 customers.Prior to Strangeworks, she was Chief of Staff at Rigetti Computing, and helped take the company public in 2022 (NASDAQ: RGTI). At Rigetti, she was integral in managing high-value operational, delivery, and product initiatives. At Publicis Sapient (Public Sector), Idalia spearheaded the business consulting, product management, and requirements functions for a 20+ person software delivery team, working closely with developers and users. Idalia co-founded the world’s first quantum information science policy center at Hudson. She is also a core member of the PQIC Quantum & Ethics Policy Center.Her publications on quantum policy have appeared in numerous outlets. She has briefed senior White House and DoD officials and continues to speak at industry conferences.
