I lead platform and site reliability work so the secure path is the default. I set the paved road for delivery with standard continuous integration and delivery, infrastructure as code, and observable services, which lets teams ship faster with less risk across Azure, AWS, and GCP. I span cloud engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, platform, SRE, and database engineering, and I keep audit evidence in the pipeline so change stays fast, safe, and traceable.I define shared templates, Terraform guardrails, Kubernetes standards, and clear rollback. I align engineering, security, operations, and data teams on one delivery path, then measure what matters: lead time, change failure rate, and time to restore. I publish golden dashboards and runbooks tied to ownership, coach teams with short guides and office hours, and turn post-incident reviews into small, useful automations. On the data side I standardize database provisioning, configuration, and migration flows, manage performance and resiliency patterns, and fold backup, recovery, and encryption controls into the same governed release process. The result is predictable upgrades, quieter alerts, lower toil, and reliability that improves quarter over quarter.I am at my best when the environment is complex and the stakes are high. My habit is to make hard things simple, to raise the floor for every team, and to leave behind patterns that keep working long after handoff.My focus areas include CI and CD leadership and templates, Terraform and Ansible, Kubernetes, EKS, OpenShift, database reliability and lifecycle management, service level objectives and error budgets, incident response and disaster recovery, golden dashboards and alert routing, image and dependency scanning and signing, provenance and promotion controls, and cost and capacity hygiene.
