Provide organizational leadership as a member of the Higher Education Network and GIA team through a collective impact framework.Work with executive team members on regional initiatives and projects, staff development, and the implementation of a collective impact framework.Collaborate with research, educational partners, and programs including Regional Action Network teams, as it pertains to GIA’s regional goals and initiatives.Lead vision and direction around community engagement and development including alignment of and progress of Action Network Teams. Proven Operations and Implementation leader with fifteen years of increasingly responsible positions with Wells Fargo, reaching the position of Associate Vice President and National Performance Coach. This role, allowed me to develop leadership and equip them with critical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve effective management styles while guiding strong teams to superior levels of service and performance.Adjunct Professor at the University of Redlands, School of Business mastering organizational leadership courses and framework since 2013, while serving as Interim Director of Enrollment and Admissions. My passion and enthusiasm for students, advocacy work, and community eventually led me to Growing Inland Achievement, where as Director of Network Engagement, I can leverage my expertise to lead the organization and regional educational vision. Providing strategic direction to the region’s five Action Network Teams with a collective impact and equity framework. Proven implementation and collaborative participation through effective strategies to support and increase equitable access to and through college for the region’s historically marginalized and minority populations.Received a BA in Business and a Masters in Management from the University of Redlands. Recognized by University of Redlands as Person of the Year in 2011, and by Univision Television In 2013, as a Successful Hispanic Woman Leader. My commitment to the community has allowed me to serve on the Board of Directors for both San Bernardino and Riverside County Cal-Soap; Board of Directors for the University of Redlands Alumni; and as a member of the Whitehead Leadership Society since 2009.
