Data is the bedrock of a successful business. Ensuring you look after that data, protect it, and use it appropriately, ethically and legally is my business. I\'ve helped audit and enhance customer management processes and policies, educated people in their responsibility to share securely, and worked from board level all the way to the day to day users to educate, support and enhance our processing of data.I have spent 30 years understanding and delivering the IT Needs and Systems supporting Sales, Marketing, Medical, Transparency & Compliance focused on the Pharma sector, in the UK and globally. I have consistently strived to ensure IT solutions are fit for purpose, both for the end-user, and the consumer of the outputs, via effective visualisations of information to drive actionable insights. delivered using both waterfall and Agile methodologies.Extensive experience in international environments, recognising and maximising the benefits, whilst overcoming the challenges of working in virtual teams, across geographies, time zones and cultures. Capable advanced user of the Office suite (including Microsoft 365), Sharepoint & Teams, and supporting end users and training them in the effective use of the tools in both a group and 1:1 setting.I have led projects working with multiple internal and external service providers, instilling an emphasis on partnership and maximising the benefit to all parties involved; leveraging ITSM principles for service management and delivery and ensuring that IT capabilities deliver tangible value to the business.
