About Tom Jones
Tom is a serial entrepreneur, and is currently working on his Next Big Thing. His fourth startup, Iridium Technology, was his most significant success to date: Tom grew Iridium from a one-person shop to a thriving global enterprise with over 100 team members and annual recurring revenue above $16 million. In 2018, Tom transitioned Iridium into the investment portfolio of Polaris Partners – a Boston-based private equity firm. Working with Polaris, Tom and his team continued to grow the firm and exited in 2022 to join BigHand. Tom worked with BigHand until late 2003 to assure Iridium would continue to thrive. Tom left BigHand to work on his Next Big Thing. Watch this space!Tom has more than 35 years of experience in designing and developing financial management and analysis systems. Over 400 leading global law firms implemented the solutions Tom and his team built at Iridium.
