As a Managing Partner at Fynydd, I direct all aspects of graphic and user interface and interaction design, as well as overall user experience. But unlike many design professionals, I am also a software engineer who has been developing custom application software since 1983. This gives me a unique view into design possibilities based on available technology. As such, I also oversee technology initiatives and co-manage the development team. I\'m fortunate to work with such a great group of incredibly talented people, from project managers and software developers, to instructional designers, copywriters, and graphic designers, varied contractors, and everything in between.
