Since IC Resources has grown to 80 employees, with physical presence in UK, Germany, France and the USA. recruiting for semiconductor and deep tech roles globally, both technical and sales / marketing.Our circa 70 recruiters each recruit within a specific technical or commercial (sales and marketing) discipline. Therefore they become the UK, European or indeed global expert in their speciality, developing extensive candidate networks over many years. For example, Leon Morrison is one of our three Analog IC recruitment specialists - he has been with IC Resources since 2006 and now knows at least 90% of Europe\'s Analog IC design community.Because we have recruiters specialising in software, electronics, semis, IT and sales / marketing disciplines, we are the \'go to\' recruiter for myriad prestigious clients. In a weak link existed in the UK technology industry’s internal supply chain: there was no recruitment partner working in the best long term interests of the \'deep tech\' community’s membership. As a co-founder of IC Resources, I started the business with the goal of helping individuals (our candidates) and companies (our clients) to achieve their long term ambitions within a prosperous and exciting sector. Essentially, our aim was to place collective success ahead of short-term gain.Staying true to this vision is the most vital business \'decision\' we take every day. Candidates love to have someone acting as their personal ‘agent’ and customers always value expertise and insight-led services. Our hard work and industry commitment have enabled us to grow globally, with the ultimate mission of becoming the recognised recruitment partner to the global technology community. I now have the opportunity to focus on my professional passions, including maintaining / building a sense of fun and passion within IC Resources, while also contributing to the wider industry.
