   Virtual NASA workforce preparation academy dedicated to teaching space mission concept formulation through science, engineering, programmatic, and teaming skills.Demonstrated knowledge by following the NASA mission life cycle, up to submission of a Preliminary Design Review, for a robotic space mission.Attended and engaged in weekly lectures taught by NASA scientists, engineers, and managers.Managed a team of 14 students and organized the team’s operations and procedures by undertaking several administrative tasks, such as; scheduling weekly meetings, leading task distribution and progress checks, maintaining consistency across deliverables, and managing the team’s document organization.Maintained communication with each team member on a regular basis to receive updates on decisions being made by each subteam from the subteam leads, and check in on personal well-being of individuals.
