Contributed as an expert in advanced materials characterization, including SEM-EDS (FIB-FESEM with EBSD), Raman spectroscopy, and GDOES. Proven ability to lead comprehensive failure analysis, delivering detailed reports and material assessments to support research, quality control, and root cause investigations. Hands-on experience in instrument operation, maintenance, and laboratory management of those instruments.• Optimized production processes and reduced surface defects across continuous steel coating lines (Galvanizing, Aluminizing, Electrolytic Tin Plating). Some successfully resolved key quality challenges such as zinc coating detachment, friction marks on galvanized steel, and woodgrain defects in tin-plated packaging steel etc.• Contributed to the development of next-generation high-strength steels, including Dual-Phase (DP) and press-hardening steels for automotive use and TH550/TH650 for packaging.• Managed R&D projects funded by European organizations such as Reduwearguid where research has been carried out on reduction of wear on guiding components in hot rolling finishing and coiling line through coating.• Led a collaborative \"Detinning\" initiative under Steel for Packaging Europe (Ex. APEAL), partnering with leading European packaging steel producers to develop innovative circular economy solutions for tin-plated scrap recycling in the steel industry.
