Operating with administrative and financial autonomy under the Ministry of Industry and Technology, TÜBİTAK employs over 4,500 R&D personnel and manages an annual budget exceeding $1 billion.Within TÜBİTAK, the Technology and Innovation Funding Programs Directorate (TEYDEB)(Teknoloji ve Yenilik Destek Programları Başkanlığı in Turkiye) supports R&D and innovation projects proposed by national companies, fostering industrial research, technological advancement, and commercialization across various sectors.
