As a Senior Cybersecurity professional with over 12 years of experience, I’ve supported organizations across North America and the MENA region in enhancing their security posture, operational resilience, and alignment with strategic risk objectives. At Deloitte Canada, I worked with a wide portfolio of clients to strengthen their SOC operations, improve incident response capabilities, and optimize SIEM environments including Splunk, Qradar and Sentinel. I played a key role in driving real-time detection improvements and providing security engineering support across complex environments. I bring in-depth knowledge of international and regional standards and regulations, including ISO 27001/27005, NIST CSF & 800-53, GDPR, PIPEDA, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SAMA, and NCA ECC—supporting both compliance readiness and operational integration. I led the execution of enterprise security initiatives, including cloud security posture management using Microsoft Defender for Cloud, core banking security architecture, and risk dashboarding. At Panda Retail, I managed incident response, asset security, and patch automation across distributed environments, driving business-aligned outcomes. I hold globally respected certifications—CISSP, CRISC, CCSP, GCIH, GSEC, Azure Fundamentals, PCNSE, and Fortinet NSE—and I’m currently focused on consulting, risk advisory, and cybersecurity program leadership roles, where I can deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
