Horn of Africa Aid and Rehabilitation Action Network (HAARAN) is an African and U.S led, all-inclusive nongovernmental organization (NGO) for and by Persons with disabilities. HAARAN works with both abled and disabled persons in the communities to transform lives, one at a time, while responding to and building their resilience. We exist to identify, nurture and build capacity among Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and Other Vulnerable Persons (OVP), molding and preparing them into becoming transformational agents of disability inclusive development. We are committed at ensuring that PwDs are informed, empowered and living a dignified life. Our work is categorized in five areas namely:Health Promotion & Rehabilitation,Inclusive Education & Skill Development,Sustainable Livelihoods.Climate Change & Disaster management,Right & Governance.HAARAN is a registered as non-profit organization in Kenya with NGO board.
