Finding innovative fixes is my superpower which I can\'t turn off. I always find myself doing smart work, which saves my time and yours :). I thrive on asking (alot of) questions, posing and exploring problems and finding creative solutions to them. Strategic discussions about L & OD is something I thoroughly enjoy. Currently, my primary focus is building and improving Learner experience and implementing talent strategies, which I find fascinating and interesting. I also focus on improving the (Docebo) LMS capabilities for learners and team members within the organisation.But to sum it all up, as an L&D professional:Ideating / initiating impactful processes to create postive change within the business, is my forte.On a personal note, I game & beatbox and I\'m always ready for a jamming session.
