Assist in designing research methods and tools2. Lead on certain research projects, developing workplans together with the principal investigator and partners, and ensuring deliverables within timelines and budget 3. Prepare and maintain a complete, accurate and updated database of all projects relevant data collected on projects I work on4. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of researchers, directors, and finance to plan and execute research activities5. Engaged with community members in project implementation sites to design culturally appropriate and inclusive health interventions through participatory action research methods 6. Lead or contribute to validating and producing research outputs such as reports, publications, policy briefs, blog posts, quarterly SLURC newsletters etc.7. Attend and participate in staff and other meetings and assist with delivering presentations8. Contribute to capacity-building activities with relevant stakeholders and assist with facilitation
