We support the Head Invigilator and / or Examinations Office with the day-to-day operation ofexamination procedures in line with university regulations and set processes. This includes:• Checking exam papers to ensure all required papers are present.• Assisting with the setup and running of computer-based exams, including logging intoexam computer accounts.• Assisting candidates prior to the start of the exam by directing them to their seats andadvising them about possessions permitted in exam venues.• Making announcements to students informing them of the rules within the exam venueand how to complete their answer sheet/booklet.• Ensuring that candidates adhere to the rules within the exam venue: do not talk, put mobilephones in bags, no hats, etc.• Invigilating during exams, dealing with queries raised by candidates and dealing withexamination irregularities in accordance with strict procedures.• Checking attendance during examinations.
