ABOUT ABE AHMAD
Abe is a Master of Science in Foreign Service candidate at Georgetown University’s Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service, where he is concentrating on Global Politics and Security. He is an alumnus of Wayne State University, possessing a Bachelor\'s Degree in Public Affairs with a minor in Peace & Conflict Studies, and earning Summa Cum Laude honors. Abe has held diverse roles in Middle East policy, including positions at the U.S. Embassy in Amman, the House of Representatives, non-profit organizations, think tanks, and youth advocacy institutions. His contributions to U.S-MENA relations have earned recognition from esteemed institutions such as the Middle East Policy Council (40 Under 40), the American Task Force on Lebanon (Rising Leaders Initiative), the Arab America Foundation (20 Under 20), and the Doha Forum (Youth Edition).He is a 2023 Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Program Graduate Fellow with the U.S. Department of State. He will enter the U.S. Foreign Service as an FSO Generalist upon conferral of his graduate degree in May 2025.
