As an adaptable and self-motivated individual with many years working in the IT industry, I strive to utilise the skills I have attained to adapt to any job role whilst upholding my current professional and technical skills in a practical and fast-paced environment.Over the course of these years I have attained many attributes, skills, and certificates across a various number of roles. These include but are not limited to Incident and Problem Manager, project analyst, technical and application support, and testing. In these roles I have used several applications such as Citrix, ServiceNow, JIRA, AWS, MS Office applications, Putty, Virtual Machines, Active Directory and many more. Tying in my work/life experience with my knowledge of the applications used over the years has really helped to put me in a position where I am pro-active in my approach, allowing me to analyse risk and asses the given task before taking the correct actions towards a resolution. My quick learning nature and desire to constantly expand my skill set has enabled me to swiftly work with and understand new technologies and environments.
