About Ibraheem Abdulganeey
Education and youth development professional with over 8 years of experience designing and implementing equity-centered learning and community programs across the U.S. and Nigeria. I hold a Master’s in Education Policy and Analysis from Harvard University, where I focused on expanding access to opportunity through inclusive education systems and community-based interventions.My work spans K–12, higher education, and international exchange programs. I currently facilitate an invention-for-social-good program with Project Invent, mentoring high school students to design technology solutions to real-world challenges, and serve as a Local Coordinator with International Experience USA (IE-USA), supporting cross-cultural exchange and student success.Previously, I held student success and leadership roles at the International Vocational, Technical & Entrepreneurship College (IVTEC), where I led initiatives that improved retention, advising, and holistic support for underserved learners. My experience also includes policy research, training design, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation through fellowships and institutional roles in Texas and Massachusetts.I am passionate about building systems that empower young people — especially those farthest from opportunity — to thrive academically, socially, and professionally. My global perspective, combined with on-the-ground program leadership experience, allows me to bridge policy and practice to drive meaningful impact.
