As an MBA qualified IT professional, Iain\'s progressive and extensive career has been based upon a platform of technical training and experience over a number of years. He has a long and proven track record of communicating the value and capabilities of enterprise middleware to various clients around the world.As a technical specialist at IBM for the WebSphere and TXSeries products, Iain undertook a variety of different roles including architecture, analysis and design, application development, problem diagnosis, performance analysis and general consulting. During this time, Iain has worked with many different customers from small businesses to multinational corporations in a variety of industries including retail, communications, publishing, finance, insurance and banking.Recent experience with Precise as a Solutions Specialist in the Transaction Performance Management field has demonstrated an ability to quickly develop product expertise and translate that knowledge into customer value. Using Precise software and his extensive knowledge of distributed system, Iain was able to assist a number of clients in their search for improved system performance.As a JBoss consultant for Red Hat, Iain was able to draw upon his extensive middleware experience to deliver JBoss architecture and middleware related solutions to numerous clients throughout Europe.In his current role of Engagement Manager and more recently as a Solution Architect, Iain is responsible for ensuring customer\'s achieve their full potential through the appropriate adoption of Red Hat technology and services.Iain is passionate about ensuring clients receive the best possible service through his direct, honest approach.
