Our amazing team hires over 300 Undergraduates, Graduates and Apprentices onto our Early Careers Programmes. Partnering with a varied range of Business & Engineering disciplines to attract, select and recruit talented individuals into fulfilling & long-term careers. Our biggest challenge has been to develop and quickly implement an innovative Assessment Centre to remotely hire, whilst ensuring the candidate experience remains positive - feedback from candidates and assessors has been incredible- we look forward to welcoming you to the next assessment centre.
