Led the architecture and implementation of the Disease Modeling Platform (DMP), a critical component of the Delineo project that creates highly realistic disease spread simulations by integrating computer science, applied mathematics, and public health principles.Key Achievements- Designed and implemented a RESTful API service using FastAPI that processes complex demographic-specific disease progression models- Developed an advanced statistical modeling system that generates realistic disease timelines based on configurable transition matrices, supporting multiple distribution types (Normal, Log-normal, Gamma)- Architected the integration between the movement-based simulator and the DMP, enabling accurate disease progression based on person-specific attributes (age, sex, vaccination status)- Implemented a configurable matrix-based progression system that models disease states from infection through recovery or other outcomesWorking under PI Dr. Anton Dhabura, I collaborated with Simulation, Algorithm, and Full-Stack teams to deliver a comprehensive modeling platform that supports public health decision making through accurate disease spread simulations.

I am a Computer Science student at Johns Hopkins University with a strong interest in cybersecurity, AI, and their intersection. Currently pursuing the MSSI program at the Information Security Institute, I also work as a Software Engineer at JHU Delineo Disease Modeling, where I develop realistic disease spread models using Python and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance public health technology. My interests lie in using secure systems, threat modeling, and machine learning to solve critical challenges in national security and public safety. As a student-athlete, I’ve learned to balance high performance with discipline, qualities I bring to mission-driven, interdisciplinary work that advances both technology and society.
