As BizOps Director, I lead the strategic and operational alignment of our systems, processes, and data across the UK and US. Working with the Executive Leadership Team and with a seat on the Senior Leadership Teams in both regions, my focus is on turning strategy into execution, driving clarity, efficiency, and sustainable growth across the business.In this role, I:• Shape and deliver global operational strategies as a member of the Senior Leadership Teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.• Oversee process optimization and workflow standardization to reduce friction and improve global efficiency.• Lead system integration initiatives (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage Intacct), ensuring seamless data flow and enterprise alignment.• Provide timely analytics and operational insights to support ELT and SLT level decision-making• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, IT, and Support.• Build and mentor a high-performing BizOps team focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.• Proactively identify risks and drive process enhancements that support long-term scalability and performance.My role is about building operational systems that work across borders, enabling our teams to move faster, align better, and grow smarter.
