Responsible for leading and managing all activities associated with Technical Laboratory Services (TLS) scope and remit, including developing and implementing policies and procedures and ensuring continuous improvement of processes, systems, and communications.> Primary contact for TLS activities and stakeholder engagement with GSK and Scientific Partners. Developing and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.> Managing the customer budget for TLS across all sites and the PerkinElmer P&L budget for the TLS department globally. Identifying areas of growth within the existing customer program and supporting outside activities to promote the overall expansion of the program as needed.> Leading a team of 119 staff based at 4 sites in the UK (58) and USA (61) delivering laboratory operations to support the R&D pipeline on the GSK OneSource key account. Expanded team headcount by 25 with new operations in the respiratory and large molecule sectors and expansions to teams in oncology and automation deployment.
