I am IT professional with a strong media background, I am happy configuring PCs from scratch and can install operating systems ranging from Linux, Mac and Windows.I have experience at looking after a team, this includesarranging Jobs efficiently and cost effectively and keeping morale high, so the teamwork is to highest level. During my technology career, I have been working on 1st and 2nd line support, dealing with customers providing a customer service that people want and deserve from a professional technical support company.This has been the advantage of working with a smaller IT firm I have been given the opportunity to really spread my wings and get a very broad experience of the whole ecosystem of the support desk.
