ABOUT IAN TRIDER
I live at the intersection of technology and marketing, specializing in online advertising via real-time bidding.I\'ve been in the online advertising space for 12 years now with experience in multiple roles. In that time, I\'ve executed programmatic buys using many major DSPs, handled publisher ad operations and monetization, and been responsible for integrations and quality for Basis\' DSP. Most recently, I am responsible for Basis\' DSP product overall as VP, Product - DSP. I\'m also a commit group member for the IAB Tech Lab\'s Programmatic Supply Chain Working Group, steering the direction of ad tech\'s technical standards. I\'ve significantly contributed to many standards and specifications, including OpenRTB, ads.txt, sellers.json, and SupplyChain, and I\'m the primary author of the IAB Tech Lab\'s Ad Management API. For these efforts, I\'ve been granted IAB Tech Lab\'s Service Excellence Award twice.You can also read articles I\'ve written on topics of identity, privacy, and supply quality in a variety of industry publications, including AdAge, AdExchanger, TechCrunch and Street Fight.
